I have always loved history, and if you're reading this I'm guessing you do too. I focus on pre-Victorian English furniture. Most of my pieces date from the late Georgian period, which is also known as the Golden Age of Furniture. Many of my pieces are shipped to me from England. I also carry American pieces from this period as well on occasion.

These pieces of furniture are physical manifestations of history, the history of Great Britain and the United States. They are survivors, having been passed down from one generation to the next, all the while avoiding destruction from fire, floods, war, and overzealous insects. They have been lucky and they have been loved. I am now a part of their long story (if only they could talk!) and I'm giving you the opportunity to become part of the story as well.

I am happy to ship any item to the lower 48 at buyer's cost. Cost will be added during check out and is dependent on shipping destination. For the smaller items like the bible boxes the shipping can be discounted if you are far away as those items can be shipped via UPS or FedEx at lower cost. Please send me a note if interested.

Returns

I am happy to accept returns if notified of your intent to return the item within 48 hours of receipt. Making arrangements and the cost of returning the piece is solely the buyer's responsibility. For this reason, please make sure you are happy with the piece (its condition and size in particular) prior to purchase. I am happy to take additional photos or answer any questions you may have.
